JOB DESCRIPTION

Culinary Operations

Responsible for leading deliveries for Food & Beverage (Commissary) and Halfway Houses and basic prep necessities

Deliver all commissary orders in a timely manner

Assists Halfway Houses with deliveries to other F&B Operations

Ensures that needed 2nd deliveries are prompt to Bakery and other F&B Operations

Assist Chef and team on basic food prep needs

Able to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout shift

Keep all Vans and Vehicles clean

Report any Vehicle issues to Chef and Leadership team

Adhere to all Sea Pines Plantation (CSA) traffic rules when driving in the community

Professional and Courteous while on delieveries

Ability to develop positive working relations with F&B Operations

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; and 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Driver's License
